Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

Our client is active in the advance technology equipment markets. As they strengthen their presence in Germany, they are currently looking for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator based in Dresden.

Responsibilities:

  • Through consultative selling, identifying customers’ needs and aligning them with the appropriate products and services you will achieve sales within your assigned territory
  • You will manage inbound enquiries, generate new business and grow strong relationships with your existing and new customer base
  • Proactively and systematically complete outbound account management calls to develop and further existing customer business
  • You will negotiate quotes in the line with pricing strategy to close orders
  • Process territory orders and quotes efficiently, timely and accurately within an ERP/CRM system
  • You will give proactive updates to customers relating to their orders
  • You will respond to queries and enquiries in a timely and professional manner in line with compliance procedures
  • With ongoing training and proactive learning, you will be an expert with the company’s product range
  • You will coordinate credit, rebills and returns, maintain accurate records and information on customer accounts
  • Provide accurate reports on territory sales performance referencing relevant data

Requirements

  • You will have experience within account management and consultative selling
  • You will be fluent in German and English, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of High-tech manufacturing equipment is advantageous
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP / CRM is preferred
